my mom had some way of cooking eggs for me i've never been able to replicate successfully in spite of years of trying...maybe it's just the gleam of childhood that makes the memory better than what i can make now...or i'm just remembering wrong...

What was different about them? My wife makes them with crispy edges. It's good that way, but I can not replicate however she does that...

I find it weird being in my 60s. Still feel like I'm in my 20s and often act like I am. Then I catch a glimpse of my reflection in a shop window and think "who is that old guy". Oh, it's me.
