I've eaten Smucker's Natural Crunchy for years and years. Ingredients: salt, peanuts, that's it!, but they put too much salt in it. You can taste it.
Just mix it and put it the fridge. I have eaten oatmeal, with some Wild Blueberries in it, and a tsp of PB, for breakfast for years and years. Java and a few swallows of OJ and I'm good to go. I'm boring.
