Fitzera was kind enough to gift me a bunch of Autoflower feminized seeds that he made.

Thanks Fitzera !! :thank you:

So I've got three strains that he named Hinhan Covid Kush, Grapefruit Kush, and Hindu Kush S1.

I'm starting a new seed to grow on my window sill.

I picked the Grapefruit Kush, because Grapefruit sounds yummy. Lol
I don't know squat about strains.

I swapped a bunch of soil between the window planter and the closet planter.

The window planter is ready to go !

That grapefruit kush is the product of an auto Grapefruit Haze x auto Hindu Kush reversed. Fingers crossed she does you well

You plant it now or wait the taproot grow a little?

I'm going to plant it now before the tap root gets too big. I don't want to risk breaking it.

I rebuilt my window sill shelf and tied up my light a little better. It's more stable now and easier to keep it square.

Just one bulb at 12".
My light meter app says 8000 lux. That's the same as in my closet, so I think that's good.

I've really backed off on my lighting.
My last window plants had 5 bulbs at 5 inches...

They lived but it wasn't optimal.

She's planted.
Just under the surface with a bit of soil on top of her. Just enough to cover her up.

I'm liking my homemade bean grabber.
I used a rotary tool to cup the tongs of a tweeters.

I turned up my side lights a bit more.

So now I've got 1 amp running the side lights.

My mystery plant is looking good too.
I'm keeping it for good luck. Lol

That seedling is super happy.

How many litres is the bucket?

It's right around 30 liters.
I used a volume calculator for a cylinder to calculate it, so it's a bit off.

I didn't want to waste 30 liters of water to measure it accurately. Lol

Some of my leaves have white spots on them, but I realized that it was from the leaves rubbing together with the fan blowing on it.

Now I have to leave it alone for at least two days.

I will try my hardest not to dig it up and check on it. Lol

Well I caved.
I got into the sauce and the hoots and dug her up...

I put in a tablespoon of seedling starting mix and replanted her.

This time, right at the surface so I can keep an eye on her to make sure she's safe and not lost. Lol

She still has her root in the ground and she'll push her shell above the surface eventually anyway.
I'm spraying her down gently to keep her moist.

I can't stop f¿ck!n around...

I put the seedling mix in dry, and it wouldn't hydrate.

So I flicked it out of the way and opened up the area around the seed.

She appears cold and wet, so I drained the tray and dug holes around the seed to try to get air to it.

I lowered the light to try to warm her up.
