Never seen that striped bug before, but the little tank and the rainbow bug I just call em leaf hoppers...They don't bother the plants just kinda chill there...Now if a end of a branch or top turns yellow or wilts in a jig time, find the tiny bore hole in the stem, cut below it...And kill that little grub son of a bitch inside the stem!!
