Always a good idea to wash coco before use ,...even if it has been washed before, just to remove any excess salts, 1x 600 watt HPS light fires out 98000 lumen(lux) so your 24000 lux is small ... you will need more light(lux) in time.
Never a good idea to install UV -A/B in led lights unless you wanna go blind ...lol, better to use black light at bud conclusion for 24 hours at most but wear eye protection, sun is best!
Never a goos idea to allow insects or pets to the grow room, as they carry viri. what country are you from...?

It was dusted with Thai, will be interesting hybrid, thai long forms blossoms, I hope the introduction of genes Kali Mist shorten the flowering period.
