the cons,outweigh the pro's when it comes to govt, and when the govt does somthing right its usually in accordence with the constitution and vice versa.
it should exist for the soul purpose of protecting our soveirnty and personal property rights if it could just do that right,we wouldnt need to hide our plant and our activities.
