Well its been awhile since I have been on due to a fire at our home caused by negligent workers doing a flat roof job at our house setting the roof on fire. Anyways we are almost back in and I have decided to go with led to avoid heat problems , also going to be running this room as a sealed environment no venting as it is a rather large grow room and I am only going to be using a total of 820w actual draw led lights . Did a bunch of research and although the companies owner doesn't have the best reputation HGL I have seen excellent results with there older products , verdantgreens, also a test grow by Settingsun so there equipment seems sound and with there new modular design and the fact I can do the diagnosis and repairs on the light myself I think I will have no problems with the warranty . Anyways I bought there newest penetrator 336x pro and a 189 x pro . I made up a diagram in paint to show you the layout and size.
Just click for larger view.
Anyways In the 6 x 6 x 7 room I am placing the 336x ,my carbon filter and a C.A.P ozone generator. I plan on using a Cap Grandstand with a reservoir rack underneath putting the table on casters for easy of getting around the table and same for the smaller rooms table stand where the 189x is going. I have also added a 70pint per day dehumidifier , 75gpd 5 stage ro with reserve tank , 20lb co2 tank with Cap 3 ppm controller , I also am placing float valves in my resevoirs and adding a back up reservoir high enough to operate on gravity to keep everything topped up even. The entire grow area has also received a esa approval ,Power available 16 120v receptacles , 2 220v outlets which I have pre installed digital timers . For air flow I am installing 2 air king 2 axis oscillating fans as in they oscillate up and down and side to side in a rotating motion. To ensure that the temps stay even as well as co2 between the 2 rooms there will be 2 ellicient 300cfm fans drawing air from the floors on each side and ducted to the top of the opposing room.
Only thing I am wondering is if tables is SoG like I normally do or to use buckets with modular screens and scrog the plants for better yield and nug density. Anyways any input is appreciated as right now the room is only wiring , framework and insulation , so Any changes that seem Like they might be more beneficial I wamt to make before I finish the rooms construction. But main thing is while the walls are only covered in foam insulation does anyone think these lights will be able to take my room past 90F as I plan on using co2 at 1500ppm's I know optimal temp is around 85f, but in a room of this size anyone experienced with this type of lighting think I will run into temp problems , being from central Ontario.
