Nice, I did this too in the past, so much easier when space is limited.
Now I have a bit more space and just hang the whole plant. Worst part is always to dry slow for me... with ambient RH around 40% it will dry in 5 days!
But I want it to go much slower

Nice longer they dry slowly better is the taste, i use deshumidifier to control my rh, around 50/55

Although dry trimming allows for a better drying stage, if you hang whole plants without splitting stems and leaves it will dry slower, and leaves also help preserving the flowers/trichs, often resulting in better smoke. I guess you have rh problems tho... but you have a dehumidifier too

Low yield(my mistake), most are too much leafy, but there is 3 nice pheno inthere, i did clone them and do a 2nd run with them. for the smoke cvant tell, still not dry
