My First Hydro Grow!! E&F

Hey there Sleepy thanks for stoppin by with some encouragment! :wink: Babies are all startin to take off now, even the smallest three plants have started to bush, they have a good five sets of leaves under there already with new grow at the stem/leaf junctions too, I'm Sooo happy with how they're doin, and how I'M DOING too
!!!! The rez temp is holdin steady at 67-69 degrees, happy with that temp. Just watchin grow grow growin away,seem real happy! Hope they stay that way! 
I'm gonna start trainin one ( very carefully, cause I have never tried b4
) see how i do with that. We're also germin' 6 more seeds,, should be popped tonight if all goes right :wink: Here are some new pic's.. Show me some luv Ppl!!! come on in and kop-a-skwatt!!

Nice setup there WCBGrl. I'm going with the bubbler setup right now, but I am interested in working with tables in the future. I'll be following your thread here to see how it goes. Your setup is clean and simple... Like the choice of strains to...

Hey there Sleepy, thanks for stoppin by, showing some interest and such! My pump is run off a digital timer. It can be set with up to 98 on/off's a week! XtraKritical pointed me in the right direction on that one,, Home Depot $20. My table fills for 8 mins, four time's per day. Babaies are really growing fast now i think. And I'll put up to18,,,tops ( per the law reqirements). right now we'll have 12-13 once are seed's germ (checkin them soon as I get done ).Hey there Big Toke: TY TY :wink: I think I'm doing an all right job ma-self,,, for bein a newbie I shock myself sometimes!
And a big WOOHAA! to the ppl in the IC Chat yesterday helping me with my bulb problem (GRRRRR
Guy sold me a HPS bulb for a HID Fixture) anyways got it exchanged today, no more worries. Love This Place!!!! ~Wikid :friends:

Hey Wikid... The IC crew will pull you through anything if you give them a chance.
Your setup is really looking nice... gotta love the Nutradip! That should keep you well informed.
Nebula from Paradise seeds is a strain that really caught my eye. I understand it is kickazz.
If you haven't already... dig around Texas Kid's grow logs... he's put out some incredible herb with his ebb & flow... tween TK and HOG... they have ebb & flow covered.
Good luck with everything... will be popping in from time to time.

HEy ther ICer's!Here's an update for my grow. I'm soo happy to go out in the morning and check out the plants,, I see new growth everytime, and they look so dang happy
!! The one I'm training (or attempting to train,,, well i guess it is workin so it's offically Not an attempt anymore ) is doin awesome,, I counted six little clusters of leaves pokin up through the bigger leaves and a few more that are just formin on the stock that are close behind! I have raised the ppm to 500, and they are doing well. Ima leave it at this level for awhile and see if they're drinkin' water faster the takin in nutes, or vise/versa and adjust acordingly. OOO I'm so stoked at how my first grow is startin out, and my babies aren't even 9" tall yet! lol Well here are some new pic's of the girls! 
Sorry for the crapy shot on the Nutradip, but you can read it anyhow....

Just thought I'd add today that I'm gunna be trainin' the other two big plants as well (you can see um in that last pic on both sides of the first I started to train). OHH & we had 5 outa 7 beans pop last night, :smile: ,think hubby said they were all our Skunk seeds! 
we'll let ya know how they do!
Although not to many are postin, ,,showin the love, I still will cause I LOVE THIS PLACE :wink: ! and a few have showed interest in my little grow! It may not be as suffistamacated as some I've seen on here , It's mine and I like it! LOL

I f ya look close you can see all the little side (now top) reachin for the light! I love it! (so did hubby :wink: )here's a couple shots i just took,,, first one i through in cause it just looks cool !

Im just gonna build my own. But, use there tray and My reservoir i have everything else i think. They had some botanicare E&F setups that are pretty nice.. I'll E&F

i've stopped in afew times to see how your grow is going for you, and just haven't left my mark here untill now :wink:
i have a few questions for ya.
what brand of nutes are you using ?
are you using real hydroponic PH up & down ?
what are your temps & humidity running ?
from your photo's { it could be the light } it looks as though your plants are alittle yellow , meaning you could give them more nitrogen.
500 PPM's on fresh hydroton is alittle low .
also, are you using a fan inside the room blowing over the plants ?
you should have constant air movement around the plants to help tough'n them up and increase co2 levels around the leafs.
from looking at your PH meter , your running your PH alittle on the high side , a PH of 5.5 - 5.8 is what you should try to maintain at all times to speed growth & increase crop uniformity , and keep nutes from locking up .
maintaining the PH in that narrow 5.5 - 5.8 range is of utmost importance if you want to have healthy plants and big yields , trust me on this i've been using hydro systems for 18 years now :wink:
i'll be checking in to see how your doing , and if you need any help or advice shoot me a PM , as it would be a pleasure helping you through your first crop and introducing you to the wonderful world of hydro.
