Save your butter in the freezer for a long time. Seal it well, in plastic and tupperwear. It will be good for 6 months or more. In the fridge, it is good for a long time as well but it can start to mold in about 3 weeks. Don't know why, sometime it never does! Your cake or baked goods can be stored in the freezer for many months. In the fridge, they will dry out and just taste bad. Again, sometimes they will mold after 3 or so weeks.

Cannabutter batches don't last 6 days in my house, let alone 6 months
