Still can't give you proper rep. I really hope you'all get this to pass. If the other folks are putting half as much effort as yourself should be a walk in the park

Just for the sake of giving this thread a bump....
Once you have repped someone recently, you cannot rep that same person again (using the scales to the left) until a certain amount of time has passed or you have repped a certain number of other people. However, you can find their posts helpful (up to about 8-10 votes a day) if you wish to give them some recognition (and rep) but the scales are disabled.
You can rep someone with the scales and then also find that post helpful, giving a person a "double rep" on a particularly inspired post. You have to use the scales BEFORE you find it helpful or the system will tell you it can't be done. (and of course, this won't work if you've recently used the scales to rep this person.)
Issues with repping someone have been mentioned several times, so I thought this little tutorial would be helpful for those who wish to understand the rep system better.
(And it bumps the thread.)
Found this on YouTube.

Hey Anti
I'm not really following you.
Are you saying that is associated with the youtube links I posted or referred to? Or, is it associated with all youtube videos?
Take care!,
WHAB
IC MAg has that warning when you post a youtube video.
Click "I agree" and you'll see the video, which is an 18 minute video apparently made by one of the founders of the Missouri initiative. At least, that's what it looks like after viewing the last 6-8 minutes.
If someone posts a youtube video on ICmag, that warning shows up to cover ICMag's ass.
We need to get at least 150,000 legitimate, legal voter signatures for the initiative to go on the ballot. That's 150,000 'legal, registered voter' signatures.
are there even 150k people in missouri ??
