Hi bud, welcome to ICmag!
Yes, if you are careful (difficult) and use a q-tip to brush pollen onto only the buds you want to create seeds with. The rest of the plant will be seedless buds. But if you so happen to shake the plant or turn a fan on, that pollen may travel around to all the buds. You might want to experiment with pollinating 1 bud/branch (perferably lower) - then placing a clear plastic bag over the branch loosely without closing he bag, this may help you contain the pollen to just one area.
If it was me I would leave the bag on for a few days.
Good luck and make sure to come back and share your story once you've tried!!!

I just put some pollen in the sprayer with water, shaked and sprayed the ladies Hope this will work.
Any nutrient-wise recommendations for plants making seeds?

G`day Koles
Water is the enemy of pollen .
In nature pollen may need to travel . So it has a static charge that helps it fly on the wind . Pollen doesn`t fly through rain . And the 1st contact with water starts its demise .
Collect some pollen in a container . Turn your fans off . Place your finger in the container . Leave the container outside the grow room . Touch your pollen coated finger on some pistils of a lower well developed cola . Close your hand into a fist and get the fck away from the plants with out touching any and the job is done . You might get 1 or 2 seed in other flowers but this aint rocket surgery .
If you want to be strict about the pollination . Wet the other plants with a mister . That should stop pollination by killing the pollen on contact .
Thanks for sharin
