To tell you the truth not anything use to smoke cigs for a bit stopped just like that. Maybe Icmag and I do like two cups of black earl grey tea in the evening but I don't have to have it. Don't drink sodas, only allow myself a half cup of milk, no juice or iced tea besides water and a cup of oj in the morning.

Haha...I clean it up No...I clean a lot and garden, so when I get something on my hands other than water....I have a compulsion to wash them. Dirt, household cleaners...packing sticky bowls.
