Electrician says there is a current leaking to earth somewhere, and to be careful cos neutral could be .. now I’m fecked as I don’t have the “ right “ electrician to suss it out ..
He's right
Not leaking to ground, but more than likely an unbalanced load that is leaking to neutral. Check your panel box and see that you have an equal distribution of load between legs, then make sure you have a good ground going to the outlets for your equipment, and that the equipment has a ground on the plug.

EDIT: Sorry- I didn't read the whole thread-the responses earlier in the thread are correct!
