The very dark leaves could be a result from using the TEA. Dark leaves is a common trait from using TEA.

It could be the tea but if you look at some of my past AF grows a lot of them have that almost blackish forest green color. I think one time even MD asked me if those were real leaves or not because of that dark color. But with that said most of the AF's I have grown are from MD or connected to him and I was thinking maybe its the MasterKush he used way back when. It is in everything MD has done.

Either way they like the teat....:tree:

Did you get dark leaves when you used coco btw ?

That I do not know i'll have to go and look for some old pictures. But its hard to judge those because I have only completed one or two runs and still getting things dialed in.

I was having major problems with dampening off and I lost at least 50 seed starts from it and finally went back to soil to start seeds and just transplanted that into the coco when it was time.

That is exactly what happend to me, and why I figured out the TEA method using the Ocean Forest.

That SBR x BS was done that way and a major reason I think it came out as good as it did. They pretty much got what the feeding chart from canna-coco says to feed 12/12's.

I know you are not attacking me but you are using my thread to attack Ledgirl. If you wish to continue to do that go do it in her vendor area and not my grow thread.

Strange sah, i've never had any problems starting seeds in coco.
I germinate in a paper towel into 1/2gal coco(30%perlite) pots and the seedlings pop out in a day or two and start growing really fast.
The initial flush before inserting the seeds should keep the coco wet enough and if it dries up a bit i just finely mist the surface.

If you've done something similar perhaps you need to check the coco brand ?
If you are getting the compressed blocks that have lots of fibers I recommend you get the fine uncompressed coco peat bags.

PS: Hey btw have you noticed that your tall pheno girls look quite similar to the one mdanzig showed ? http://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=6174&pictureid=98385
The sidebranches grow just as tall

I was using Canna-Coco which comes in a bag already broken up and ready to go. I charged the coco with PH balanced water and a ever so small amount of Rhiz popped in a seed and off they went. They did good for the first week and then BAM !!! they would fall over and die.

I am lucky for all the pollen chucking I do that I have a ton of seed to lose or I would have been crushed.

Avatar is a trip! make sure to smoke a fatty. It is nessesary!

We went on Christmas to see Sherlock Holmes and it was pretty good. I have to wait until Monday to see Avatar because they won't let you use coupons for the first couple weeks a movie is out but that expires tomorrow.

Very strange mate I've never had something like that happen.
Was there any root rot ? Any disease ?

I watched avatar a week ago. Not bad, not too good. The animation and 3D is worth the watch, but the story/script is your regular Hollywood mass production shit :p.

Not the strongest storie no, but the movie it self is suppper creative without 3d it would not be the same tho thats forsure

Not that I could tell but its some kind of fungus that attacks the stem where it meets the top of the medium. Most likely a environmental issues that I cannot identify so its just easier for me to with soil transplant to coco and not worry about it anymore.

I got a bunch of Movie coupons to use and I never buy crap there its just to darn costly. You need to take out a loan to be able to take the whole family.

thats for sure, I took my family to watch Avitar $60+ for tickets and then popcorn and a small drink for everyone $57+ unbelievable. I dont mind them making some profit but that was ridiculously over priced and the monpoly they have, you cant bring drinks or food in to the movies, you have to buy thiers. ripp off

SaH,, consider Pasteurizing your coco... I do that with mushrooms....

You can also nuke them in the microwave, but that will kill off the useful microorganisms aswell.. pasteurizing is better

Here is one that was germed on the 19th of November making it....45 days today since it was put in a peat pellet.

Tomorrow morning i'll start bubbling ICC's mild tea and when I get home from watching the Bengals win i'll snap some pictures and water them. After this last dose all they are going to be getting is PH'd water with some nonsense mixed in...lol

So very nice. They look really good.
I wonder if a plant is more green does that mean it has more chlorophyll? If it does have more chlorophyll what does that mean? More energy production per light? I have a Mazar-I-Sharif that is really really dark green and has now turned purple.
