So think the inevitable is happening just a month after moving in. I will keep it short but landlord is gonna have to go into basement and of course the scrog in 5x5 tent is already unmovable.. Its not quite obvious, but he's not naive. Probably had a clue as all of my older work references were in the grow industry, my wife and I already have an awesome relationship with him and we're probably the best tenants he has ever had. So???????????????
What is gonna happen if he freaks out? Can he demand me stop growing if it's legal to the city and state? I am 99% sure that breaking the lease is an option he would never go to, so whats the word on this one? Colorado....
