thanks for all the kind words, i really appreciate it.
fact is, i built them both 'cause i can't afford to buy my meds on a disabled
veterans pension, at least i can't afford anything worth smoking, lol.
...and i share it here on the net in hopes of inspiring any noobs comin' in
who are in the same boat as me, believe me, many, many people helped
me learn to do this, lol.

Great job so far! Only one suggestion, maybe you could find something not rubber to connect the hurricane glass together? Heat and rubber could equal off gassing or fire hazard. Maybe I am wrong or paranoid, just want you to be safe! Maybe the fan will cool it enough, just make sure your fan doesnt clunk out. Anyways keep up the good work!!

thanks for the tip man, i'd not actually thought about that as a possibility,
lol, even though i know HPS does that with plastic, it never occurred to me
that it might with rubber too!

sorry i've not been around lately but poverty has had me by the short
hairs for nearly a year now.
anyway, i'm on now jacking WiFi so my access will be sporadic but way
better than what i've had since last summer.
as for my bud box, well, it is still going strong, cranking out all the bud
i can smoke and then some although i have to admit that my yields aren't
what i'd hoped for, averaging only about 5 grams per plantlet, times 5 plantlets
per week for a total of close to a zip a week, not enough to be commercially
viable but plenty good enough to feed my head which was always my
aim anyway.
so, now i'm connected again, however tenuously, i'll try and get
some pictures to share.

thanks for the props man and the DIY cooltube consists of 2 hurricane
glass' i got at a craft store for about $8.00 each plus the rubber connector
i got at Lowes, in the plumbing department, for about $8.00 also.
