Weeze and I both mixed indoors and out. If what I imagine is true OH/NH will grow them exclusively outdoors. Easily could change things.

I had a conversation last week w/ a guy who grew her in the SoCal mountains (practically a desert...in this case...a desert w/ a spring) he said 7'....what will she do on the Islands??? I don't have a clue!

LSY... sorry, I skipped right over some garden stuff. Quick explanation. Partner told me to take my pick of seedlings from his house. Partner has massive OLD seed collection. Most over 20 years ago. Tons of unknown genetics there. What it is... hell if I know.
So I planted those two declared female plants, unknown genetics, shot in the dark, in the gulch.

Let's see what happens.

Also Planted Jack seeds and Rodney seeds, but in a bout of EXTREME lazyness, I dropped seeds right into the dirt. No pots. Either they grow, or they don't...I'm setting up for one of my dirty tricks...if it works.

If it doesn't....never mind. Never happened.

It messed up a bunch of boats in harbor, Busted a few windows, put sand, and a fish or two down the main drag, minor flooding, nobody hurt here. I was hoping for the big one, that cleans out all those rich bastards beachfront houses....but alas...

On BI it was worse. A few houses were re aranged. One went out to sea. And the main drag was flooded.

Anyway we dodged a bullet.

I dropped one of my friends off to go fishing Thursday morning, Then heard the comotion about the tsunami, and had to run out and get him off the rocks and past the last gulch by 3 AM.

Fortunatly, he heard the warnings. I didn't know if the radio he had worked, so he called. As I was hauling ass out there to pick him up, he was pulling and packing. We were home by one AM.

A lot of dummies lost their boats in harbor here. Seriously... If you owned a six figure boat, lived on it, Heard the tsunani was comming...wouldn't you cast off and head out for the night? Get in 200 ft of water... you're safe....or maybe collect the insurance....never mind.

hi just found your thread and wanted to say hi. i lived on maui from 75-89 and wondered if you ever heard of a strain called golden voice. it came i belive from the two sisters in kipahulu. it was a cross of thaixburmese sativa. best high ever and smooth-like breathing air. have you ever heard of it? grew mostly hana side keanae. thanks

Yes...I remember Goldenvoice. I don't know where it came from, but I remember it did good in the rainforest. Many of the SE asian strains were brought home to Maui after the Vietman war. So the east Maui boys did put a lot of it in. You are right about the origins. I'd be willing to bet my packrat partner has some goldenvoice seeds too. If he kept decent records, I could tell you which ones they are.

But he doesn't, and I can't. And my memory past....last week...is shot. So I could concieveably plant it and not remember it. There's been a lot of water under that bridge since then.

I won't say Goldenvoice is lost. But it has been assimilated.

As for that powered sugar coated Island Sweet Skunk,... I was wrong, it only gave me 3.1 oz, not the 4 I was dreaming of ,.... but for an indoor grown sativa that never broke 3 foot tall I'm not bitching about 3 oz!!!!

I've only re-veged a single plant so far,.... and that was finished indoors, then reveged under 18-6 and is being re-trained now for SCROG again indoors.


I've got the stump of the ISS that was just harvested Re-veging for grins. But again, that plant is going to live its rebirth indoors.

Canni you need to try and get one of those outside someplace. You wouldnt need to check it in less there was a bad drought. We are talking about monsters her bro................
