Japanese herb growing on Mt. Fuji !

Konnichiwa!

There are no posts in the Japan forum so I thought I'd post something. I don't know Japanese though, so this really isn't on topic. But my name sounds japanese, right? There you go, then.

You are all probably disappointed that there aren't any photos of the Mt. Fuji herb plantation here, but I assure you, it really exists. ;)

Japan, cool country to stay for a while, been there a few years ago and going again end of this year. But I've never heard of growing on mt fuji. I know only of some place near Nagoya and Hokkaido (it's a cold place but they definately grow there) where they grow some kind of Japanese indica. Hope to check that out some time:)

i got some great pics of japan but none are digi. i'll try to scan them and post later. took the pics back in 98' on a two week trip. wasn't smokin as much back then so i didn't inquire about the herb situation. none the less, its still a cool place to visit.

I will be in Japan at the end of the month and will bring back some pics from my buddy over there to show you.

I know there is a lot of good ganja availlable in Japan, especially in Tokio.
Did you people know that they pay UP to 125 euro's for a gramm of quality weed!?

They have a lot of problems getting equipment and fertilizers though, most European stuff aint availlable there.

I visiting Japan soon. I'm thinking about bringing a little bud with me. How risky do you think it is? Does anybody have any suggestions on how to hide it?

Tokyo Grow has my seeds and so do some of his friends. He and his wife loved me enough to send me a kimono so that I wouldn't be seen in the crappy purple robe his wife said it was "sad". So I chucked the robe and some of you may see me in my Kimono some day.

I loved the pic of Mt. Fuji and I love Japanese people for their beauty and happy natures. We just love them at Yellowstone park but they cant read the signs that depict people falling through into steaming hot water or lava. They were quite oblivious to the picture signs even. This group was so funny but I was worried about them so I pointed out a sign to them. They were so sweet. BOG

I want to visit Japan some day and see Mt. Fuji.

i am in the PNW but i frequently go back to japan...i will be going twice this year. so does anyone know if this "japanese indica" in hokkaido and nagoya have any potency to them?...maybe i could get some seeds during a visit and work on them...i also have trouble gettin weed when im there cuz it seems that everyone is too worried about gettin busted...last time i went i copped some DMT crystals tho...its still legal there as well as ayahuasca....and mt fuji is the shit i recomend going in the summer if u can handle the heat.

i would love to grow outdoors in japan one day. maybe someday when i go back to live.

Theres a bunch of supposed "feral" hemp growing along side the road in parts of the country, but from what alot of people are saying recently, it's not feral. It will get you high, it's just dirtweed.
Unsure what the genetic makeup is, however.

A old grower I know over on Vancouver Island had a strain of Ruderalis that supposedly came from Japan. He described the plants as being about 3'-4' ft tall, growing wispy buds that grew like a pencil, and you would only get like 4-6 ozs out of a patch of 10 plants. They also supposedly turned purple. The taste was described as peppery hences its nickname of 'Pepper Pot', and the stone was almost couchlock indica in effect. He has a strain now called Black Gold which contains genetics of the jap rud in it, and let me tell you this stuff tastes like haze but hits like indica after the 2nd joint. Just thought I would share.
