Exercise, exercise, exercise...it's a great way to tire yourself out physically and mentally and go to sleep. It's the only thing in my experience that really gets me through week or month long breaks. Exercise gets you high, relaxed, tired and ready for bed.
Also, ayahuasca works really well, and you'll wake up the following morning (possibly mornings, i've felt the effects for up to a week) feeling incredibly refreshed.
when i run out (which i try to avoid LOL) i just hit the gym or go swimming and hit the sauna after.
usually i ill still roll around in bed for a few hours. its not like i cant sleep at all when i dont smoke, its just i got so used to going to bed and falling asleep instnatly that it sux without. ill usually stay awake for a cpl of hours rolling around in bed and cursing because i cant fall to sleep. usually after 2-3 days i can sleep normally again.
Treat your own body like a veritable playground of the ages..beat that meat until the meat cant be beat anymore.Then smoke a cigarette,say goodnight honey to your hand,and go to sleep.
Dont know if it has already been suggested, but Melatonin tblets are a natural way to make you sleepy, one with water or under the tongue, i take these every night aswell as a pipeful of hash
When I run out of a smoke, I also have problems with sleep. But after few days without smoking it just gets back to normal. I think our bodies just need to get a rid of extensive level of THC in blood. In my case I have no problems with sleeping after 3-5 days without weed.
