Taken indoors the root soil food web is different. Indoor container growing is done without the larger soil decomposers, worms and insects.
The constant addition of vermi-compost (EWC) by worms does not apply indoors, and this plant nutrient source must be replaced for high yield indoor organics
Let me know if you think this is complete BS.
But indoors we have to do the worm's job, so we add bottled and dry nutrients to our indoor food web. Indoors we use a root-soil-nutrient food web instead of a root-soil food web.
Why just synthetic? Doesn't this apply to anything we add in solution (wet or dry)?
I'm just trying to explain how bottled nutes enter the soil food web... I understand it's not a popular style here That's why I am calling it the root-soil-nutrient food web.
So you are drawing the line at "majority"? If the majority of food is derived from within the soil food web that is good. But if the majority comes from a bottle that is bad? Just curious here. I'm somewhere in the middle myself.
and while we are on the ´Matt `thing. Hey Matt where the hell is my Number 1 headband? I paid 15 g´s for the school and it was one of the items promised to me.
So, when do I get it? I want to look like Richard Simmons also. LOL
