Dhude...the main thing effecting the strength of solution one can use is lights, way moreso than strain. What kind of lights are you using?
6 is not the best pH to run for coco. It is much better to run in a range of 5.5 to 5.9 in coco. At 6 what happens is that Mg uptake is much better than Ca and when that happens Ca starts accumulating on the coco fibers due to its cation exchange capacity. When enough Ca accumulates Mg gets locked out, i.e. no matter how much Mg you add it will not get to the plant. Running the lower pH will allow Ca to be taken up by the plant along with Mg thus preventing the Ca buildup on the coco fibers and eventual lockout of Mg.
Try running 5.5-5.9 on your next grow and see if that does not solve your Ca/Mg problem. Unfortunately at 6 weeks in it is going to be impossible to solve this problem with your feed water...if it is real bad foliar feeding Mg may be what you need to try.
