Hola Montuno

Shes going to explode soon once she digs her feet down into that earth. Very interesting hybrid indeed.

Subbed! :dance013:

This evening, while spraying it with neem, I noticed a scene of hunting and predation on the stem of the plant; and when I photographed it, I noticed the female pre-flowers (it was born on 17-June):

Nice photo's!

For the spraying are you using the Neem cake or essential oil?.
I'm using the cake in the irrigation water, but struggle to get it to mix well for the sprayer.

Hombre del mont , this year in particular I am using oil/extract, because an acquaintance who has had to move to a city has some left over; but most years I use neem ground into flour, and I prefer it to oil/extract.

You, who are also a "creeping cultivator", should take advantage when you water with neem to shower the whole plant with it.

As for spraying, only Trabe's flour has been able to dilute it satisfactorily.
Other brands had a much coarser granulate, like cheap soluble coffee, and ended up clogging the diffuser nozzles, no matter how much potassium soap you used... But I'm telling you that your creeping crop is ideal for showering it with every watering. Once you have buds, you'll only water the soil (and that's another advantage of watered flour vs sprayed extract: the latter can't be used in flowering).

Beautiful primico

Menudo calor :bandit:

but...And at least you have the beach nearby, Manisero...
And for this weekend, expect un my area 44°C-112°F highs in the shade, overnight lows of 26°C-80°F, and relative humidity of only 5 to 25%...
In fact, today the Saharan haze has returned from the South, and I'm watching half the desert pass by, suspended in the sky, on the way to the North...: where it falls, it will be like a beach...

:kos:

A joy to see her growing strongly Montuno! Looks like she has NL # 5 influence considering her stoutness and wide of the leaf so hopefully the flowering time won't be that long at the end.

What did I tell you? That where all the sand that I saw flying over me at altitude would fall, they were going to have a beach... Well, they already have a beach in Albacete, hundreds of kilometres away from the Mediterranean...
...Yesterday, 47'2°C (117°F) in the shade in Montoro (next door)... And that in the shade...

Hi guys
And here in Greece, especially in the south, we often have African dust, but like light clouds, never something like this.
Good luck with your plants...
Cheers

As Conso said,African clouds will crossover to Greece ,and,at some point iduring the summer,it will cover everything in red dust, with a rainfall
I would keep an eye on these type of clouds,Montumo
They gather over water masses, and, with the right wind, you might find them on top you, even at 100km away
A humble observation, for coastlines that face the Med
Springtime, high temps come faster, and they stay very high throughout the summer
African dust clouds are a regular feature, last few summers, and when they eventually 'come down' with rain,it can turned into something vicious, another regular new climatic Med feature

(σιρόκος, en griego?)...

Thank you very much for your concern and comments, my Greek "Mediterranean cousins" Consolidated and RED 1 , but here we know and have always been used to the Saharan calima or jaleque or sirocco or quibla (قبلی)
(σιρόκος, in Greek?)....
We even have several small deserts scattered around the country (some of them very well known by the cinema): extensions across the sea of the Sahara...
...But the video is not usual...
And in my part of the country in particular, the sand is always suspended at high altitude, changing the classic "Mediterranean blue" colour (the blue of the Greek flag) of the sky, for an orange-silver...
My little plants are still doing well, despite the heat and the Saharan haze: these photos are from the sunset of last 16-August, of the Green OldTimers Haze #19 x A5 Haze ; about to be 2 months old, and just over 80 cm tall...

16-Agosto:

16-August:

Look, Mountain man : these are the only damages (apart from the continuous attempt of red spider mite to colonize it) on a single leaf, that I have had on the whole plant until these 2 months ; like you, I also have my outside "infected' with all kinds of grasshoppers and some locusts....

By the way and in case I forgot: when you start spraying with BT against caterpillars, just water directly on the soil with the neem powder, without wetting the plant, so as not to wash the BT from its surface.
