If love a sour bubble with the strech and veg rate Of the glue. I have a feeling it's going to be hard picking a keeper. Good thing I've got several lights and plenty of room:D

wouldn't count on the glue's veg rate...you can count on the keeper picking to be difficult  plenty of room :good:

Lucky for me I've got some bx as well...sour bubble is a painfully slow vegger so any increased growth rate would be helpful.

lookin like a glue cut in questionable shape tho almost eh? Whaddya think dan?

Closest I found out of a shitload! I seen alot of sour b traits sorta separated from the usual SB type and spread out, like gg stretch on sb leaves etc etc with random sb traits,
This one rates closest to the glue through all testin... gimme a damn root lolo

they're looking pretty good to me !!! & yeah that looks ALOT like GG4 :woohoo:

WB , one new product at a time brutha . i'm trying to concentrate on root growth more than anything else right now . i've tried so many different root boosters in the last couple years , some work some don't . but theres always a catch with them , like expense or they throw the PH way outa whack .... etc ...

Otis , like tony said , the more prolific growers will be from the BX seeds more so than the GB seeds . the GB generation of seeds , the SB is still quite dominant & with that your going to get SB type plants . the only GG4 leaners we've found so far have been the males ..... don't ask me why ! but thats just what has happened so far .
but good luck with allof them ! & your right , its gonna be tuff to decide on a keeper  i know it was for me lol

Maybe the traits that make it resemble the glue are linked to the y chromosome in that generation?

Maybe keep all the males from that cross and open pollinate?

You guy ever considered reversing the males and flowering them out to see how gluey the male looks and smells?

I got a decent BX female but she got that rot bad, aint thrown full leaf sets since topping and just starting to grow, looks like a beaver was gnawin on it lol.

The good thing about the filial is the traits are all gettin segregated and its easy to see if you got a glue leaner or a sb leaner which all have unique and special traits.

I will say they grow good and fast in/after teen years once they mature.

Beaver munch, I scraped most of the rot off over a few days, this one might make it bx1 female... hangin on by a nub, growth stopped then she just perked up and threw a leaf set the last few days...

What is this beaver munch you speak of? I had lost a lifesaver a while back out of no where. I was rustling it around to feed it, and the whole chit just went down at the stem.

Looked like what you got there, except slimier.

He's fighting off some phytophthora. Actinovate, Captan and OGBiowar are some options to kill it.

My BX I've been waiting on has bawls...

Think the bastard lineup of Bioweed,Bioroot and EJGrow might've been playing a part in my string of males on account of the imbalanced nutrients (? :dunno: )

Got the PureBlendProGrow now and everyone's straightening out.

phytophthora.. good to know for future ref. Couldn't find any info at the time. The plant looked perfectly happy despite a 90* gnarly kink at the base of the stem.. but after keeping it quarantined I just scrapped it.

I don't know much about breeding but just have a few questions about how it went down. Which SB Bx was used for pops? And for GB BX line.. did you use female F1 to backcross with SB or males to back with GG or both? I may be completely out of my element with those questions. Going through the thread as we speak. The flower porn is distracting..

Am i reading correctly that the gear make it's way over to GLG? It's almost time for next round's purchase :chin:

the BX ladies have been a good mix , its the GB ladies that are SB dominant .
the BX's are made from 2 GB males that i had that were both GG4 leaning . i used them to (accidently lol) pollenate 2 GG4's & 2 Gorilla bubbles i had in flower . thats where the BX's started . i only grew out the seeds from the GG4 mom so far , haven't run the seeds from the 2 gorilla bubbles yet , but i believe tony has & is working with them now . along with the GB f generations .

he's also going to have the 2 BX pheno's i have (1 GG4 dom 1 SB dom ) & the GG4 dom male i have , to work with .... eventually .

i'm going to F2 the BX #6 (GG4 dom ) & the BX #12 male ( GG4 Dom )as soon as my rooms are done & i'm back in full swing . gonna F2 the Darlins Nets too :dance013:

Tony does the drops at great lakes under the name Tonys torture tested seeds & he says by Xmas for the next drop , unless things have changed .

didn't have to reverse them to see & smell the GG4 in the males i got !!! the only thing that was lacking that i could see was the abundance of frost that GG4 has , but it didn't make a big difference in the off spring cuz they was LOADED with frost

gg4 x sb for F1 Gorilla Bubble...
then dan found the first frosty pheno and his two bad ass glue leaning males i posted pics of in that F1. He made the F2 with pollen from them boys onto his "frosty" pheno. I popped beans from frosty and the glue leaning males he had and I selected for the F3 as well as the male GB F2 that was crossed back to the gg4 cut for bx1.

Dan got a line of Bx as well. mine used a F2 GB male, I think his was his F1 males he found, not sure. So his male he used for his BX was the Father of the male I used for my BX.

Those two studs were bad ass. Real hard to find similar since the F1 was alot of heterozygotes so I ran em to F2 to make selection easier to see the phenos.

I think thats about right. :D
