OK, Filet Steak again, with bread and and Zaziki. The special thing is that my wife made the corn this time with chili, garlic and green onion (Lauchzwiebeln). It was delicious.

This is the cut they use for Memphis style baked ribs, but I made up a dry rub and threw it in the smoker over Pecan.

i tried to get the old lady to show breasts and thighs . she wasnt willing and you dont wanna see em . so heres a replacement. mmmmmm. the glass pan appears dirty. its my oil pan.lol no not car oil .

dont waste good dark beer . cheap beer is ok . i add onions ,garlic,fish sauce,lemon ,pepper. hot sauce to half full beer can. mmmmmmm. simple almost fool proof dish. if you skip the bacon its almost healthy. mmmmmm hickory, thick sliced bacon mmmmmm

i am a key lime expert . living ther and all. and i did landscaping . free limes ,along with alot of other stuff. mmmmm key lime pie. never heard of clotted cream ? like cottage cheese? sour cream? anything a redneck could compare it too.? all your food looks good man

Agreed. A lot of beers work well, even the cheap ones. I am not particularly fond of the weaker American pilsners (coors light, etc.) for cooking. But the darker beers bring in mucho flavoring.

One note of advice, though... Stay well clear of very hoppy beers like ales/IPA's. Their bitterness will taint the meats flavor and it's not very good...

that oven is a piece of art that gives and gives. i could sit there all day eating pizza stoned looking at it. i aint enough of an artist to make anything half as good lookin. props man thats a badass stove

Hey Yourcorpse, any chance you might swing us your dough recipe? That is some fine work bro.

I have never put any of my stones on the BBQ. Not sure why.. But I will have to try it. I may even buy a new one and just dedicate it. This stone has yet to see it's first year. Hopefully, by next year, it will be seasoned to perfection..
