Hello everybody, it´s autum on this side of the planet. Time for something solid. Today we had classical Sauerkraut.

Before cooking, what is not on the pic are the potatoes.

It's "eat a turkey day" in Canada today. So I woke up, got high, n' cooked one.

I tried folks, fuck I tried... but an open faced hot turkey sandwich is the most un-photogenic thing I've ever seen. To make it worse the other half of the plate was mashed potato... hell everything looked white...even without the flash...

Solution? Drown that sumsabitch in a half gallon of gravy n' add a beer.

And this stuff is my new drug.

I add it to pretty much everything now....hell if even doubles as chip dip ffs..

oh yes, krauts, german standards just my taste(sometimes, i rly love it) in the christmas time on sec advent my family invites to the "grünkohldiner" its grünkohl, mettwurst, kasseler and potatoes(and mustard)
