It is! Try studying their wines! Trockenbeerenauslese is a word for a level of prädikat which is a sweetness level. I think only for reisling. But holy shit, look at that word!

Yesterday night, stoned before the fridge, the bittle bear was so cute! :)
Well, german must be a strange language. If I had to wrote "Alpenfrische Vollmilch", I wrote it with a Little "a". But I am not sure.

Vollmilch could be whole milk ??

Alpenfrische somenthing to do with the Alps I guess.

Seasoned Pork shoulder Oregano /15 cloves of garlic / Sazon / white vinegar/ 1 Fresh lime Juiced / Kosher salt - marinade over night

The Pernil finished after 4 hours uncover at 350 an than covered for 4 hours

Black beans - Sofrito / Sazon / Fresh cilantro

No pics of the Rice or my plate it just taste to damn good an i forgot

Potatoes cut and soaked for a few hours

Chicken tenders seasoned up before the dredge

The Cripsy chicken an perfectly crisp fries

It's "eat a turkey day" in Canada today. So I woke up, got high, n' cooked one.

I tried folks, fuck I tried... but an open faced hot turkey sandwich is the most un-photogenic thing I've ever seen. To make it worse the other half of the plate was mashed potato... hell everything looked white...even without the flash...

Solution? Drown that sumsabitch in a half gallon of gravy n' add a beer.

oh yes, krauts, german standards :D just my taste(sometimes, i rly love it) in the christmas time on sec advent my family invites to the "grünkohldiner" its grünkohl, mettwurst, kasseler and potatoes(and mustard) :)
