Hey toast thanks for stopping by. The unit was really easy to put together. Here is the list of items i used in the construction. Sorry I did take any pictures.wow nice work can you post some some more specific contruction/material info on the clean little aero unit please
5"x5"x8" Pvc fence post
10 360 degree sprinkler heads
1/4 hose
1/2 hose
3/4 hose
4 5x5 post end caps
8 2" threaded pvc pipe couplers
2 3/4" ebb and flow drains with screens
10 1/4" gromments
1 pump
I made this to fit in my cabinet but you can customize it to fit anywhere.
I place the drains in the bottom and layed out where I wanted plants to be on the posts. Then I cut all the holes. I cut most of the threads off the bottom of the pvc couplers, just left enough to turn them into to post a few turns. Then I spaced out where my sprayer heads would go, drilled holes and installed grommets and sprayers.
I connected all the 1/4" hoses to the 1/2" hose and ran it to my pump. Then I hooked the drains up. And there you have it all done.
I don't know if the pump I am using is big enough, but it seems to work well. I didn't want to use any medium so I cut neoprene discs out of a gardening knee pad to fit right into the pvc couplers. This way I go right from my bubble cloner to to unit.
Good luck and if you have anymore questions ask away.
