Amazing root porn man, I really hope the bio buckets work out for you and you don't end up down the road of shit storms that so many have, but it sounds like your taking care of business.

care to elaborate? seems to me if you can follow directions, don't dump a bunch of BS snake oils in your res, and keep your water temps within acceptable ranges there is no easier, more economical hydro technique. but, thats just my experience. of all the growing techniques i've used, none of them made such good use of low ec levels. while completely stabilizing ph. they are bullet proof for me. so far...

Yeah I moved all my ladies to the garage today,
I just noticed I'm on week 5 and there is no algae build up at all!
Impressive.
But yeah I have read of some horror stories Cravin, mostly people don't get the right
amount of water circulation per hour! That's probably the more important factor!

Ok, so im taking everything down today, once the land lord leaves at say 6:30 im going to put my system back together then run the ladies back inside.
I must say it killed me to put them in industrial sized garbage bags last night and carry them out.... I love my plants :(
I'd also like to mention I almost couldn't fit 2 into these monster bags.. im going to have some nice plants in 4-5 more weeks!

One more thing! I think there going to like a nice fresh nute change out! I got to take a real good look at my VK's today, they still look like there having a bit of Mg Deficient!
So I am going to add some Cal Mag to the new nutes!

Well i'll post later with some pic's of this hazard of a day!

Wish me luck!

No grow in here!!!

Unfortunatly a lot of the bio bucket threads that I've seen have ended in disaster, I haven't seen one in at least 3 or maybe 4 years, I'm not saying that's what is gonna happen to you cravin, it sounds like your keeping all your variables in check and I wish nothing but the best for you and the grow, I think you'll be good if you keep on top of everything.

G'luck with the grow

way to go krypt!! nice job! im sure the girls will perk up without too much damage.

HGO- i wasn't trying to be argumentative. its just i've only read about a couple bio-bucket grows that went bad. mostly what i read, were people getting busted or having to tear down early. the ones that didn't make it, were usually from dumping a bunch of unneccessary crap in their res.(trying to fix what isn't broken). or not following the simple, but precise, parameters of running bio-buckets. i appreciate your good wishes on my grow. feel free to stop on by.

once again, good job krypt, looking forward to an update

Update!
Day 32!

PH: 6.0
EC: 2.0

Use top booster yesterday see how that goes!

Here you can see the light bleaching on a plant from when I had it up to 1000w...
Shitty, but now its back to 600.

Heres the vanilla kush that took the beating when it was transplanted.
Looking soo much better now.
IMG_1222.jpg

And my favourite the SUPER BUD!
The large bud in the back is almost as big as my arm.. its nuts...
and I got so much budding time to go!
IMG_1221.jpg

Well there we have it folks!

Comments, Questions all welcome!!

buds are coming in nicely, there ROCK hard too... its weird growing a indica dominant plant
after growing a sativa dominant for all my other grows!

Anyway here's the skinny!

Used top booster from HG this week, you can see some yellowing from the plant and I can
tell that the plant is just putting energy into bud formations, cause the buds in the last 3-4 days went from nothing to what they are now.

They are about 2 inches thick now,
IMG_1226.jpg

And 12 Inches + tall... This is one of the side Cola's from the super bud..
(Not the biggest)

IMG_1225.jpg

The 2 Vanilla Kushes (They smell sooo pungent right now its amazing)

IMG_1229.jpg

and the super bud (See that top kola... madness)

IMG_1228.jpg

Anyway I figure I got about 4 weeks left or a little longer!!

Comments welcome!
