It is important you write your Senators, Representatives and Congressmen. Thank you to those of you that join me in doing so. This is an example of what happens when we do.
I will be writing letters this weekend!!!!

I hate to put it this way folks...but RON PAUL is not our end all.
The only way we are going to end the war on CANNABIS is to stand tall and do it ourselves.
I wonder why the Feds are at the School and not the Dispensary? As I understand Richard Lee operates his enterprises as a "For Profit" vs the "Not for Profit", that other Ca. Dispensaries operate under.
we need about 2 million pissed offf medical and other users to come together in one area. then take over bit by bit.
That is the problem, will ron paul ever get on the ticket?
If not, who do we vote for? or what do we do...
Just wait for the revolution my friend, jus wait its closer than you expect in today.s society.
Anyone remember Barak Obama's stance on the issue of medical marijuana and federal government interventions like this when he was campaigning for the presidency?
It's an election year, is this his administration's way of being able to claim "toughness" on crime? These people know the stakes, they know the statistics, they know who's a significant voting block, and they know who they can blow off. He is the chief executive, he sets the agenda for enforcing the law. If he had issued a "hands off" memo as the stated policy for law enforcement in this area and told them to divert resources elsewhere when he took office, then this kind of thing wouldn't be happening. Obviously that memo was never sent, and if anyone bitches about this specific incident then most likely he'll simply claim they were acting on their own initiative in enforcing federal regulations, story over, next question? i.e. oh, I'm just the poor impotent chief out in Washington when it comes to the field office activities, guys... I feel your pain, but I'm moving on and you should too. Fuck that! He should suffer the consequences of the repercussions of this kind of activity.
I understand that many would say that a vote for the republican, Mitt Romney, is only insuring that future actions will be even more aggressive and negatively impact the medical marijuana community, but let's not for get that there are many other parties with candidates on the ticket. We don't have to un-seat the president by voting for an even worse option with a big party's backing, rather, we need to illustrate the defection of voters from support of either of these two parties (which to me are basically Big Brother and Big Brother Lite, depending on the issue they simply swap chairs with these same two labels).
Libertarian, Green, American Freedom, etc... DO ANYTHING BUT SUPPORT THE TWO PARTY STATUS QUO!
Imagine if those 2 million pissed off medical and other users voted third party... I don't know how many of them are already 3rd party supporters, but if a big bump in 3rd party support was seen and a large portion of those 3rd partiers would cite the medical marijuana state/federal policy insanity situation as a big reason for defecting, it sure would help in getting the message across.
Essentially every medical user, especially those growing their own medicine and simply following state guidelines, is seriously in violation of federal posession or/and cultivation regulations. http://norml.org/laws/penalties/item/federal-penalties-2
The irrational juxtaposition of state and federal regulations, as they currently exist, must be ended.
My $0.02, and I apologize for preaching to the choir! :s
