I love me some sashimi...don't need no stinkin rice. Red Snapper, Grouper and Tuna are my favs. There is a bar nearby that does a seared Ahi Tuna (pretty much raw) with wasabi and ginger...not a week goes by that I don't have it for lunch at least once.
It may not be for everyone...but it is at least worth a shot. I was surprised...and now I am addicted.
