just looked those subcooled units up. ARTIC DRY unit delivers cold air like ac but is built to remove moisture, 15 ton about smallest I could find. they hire a lot of gear out.
15 tons? TONS? That's a shitload of cooling power. Sounds like an industrial building kind of thing. I have a 3 ton compressor on my house and that thing is about 3ft x 3ft x 4ft outside to hold the compressor and hot side coils. I think the compressor is about 11 horsepower and it has a dedicated 220 volt subpanel just for it. 15 tons of cooling is going to be much larger.
search subcooled sca1000, uses a subcooling coil instead of a reheat condenser. Leaving temperature about 65 to 70F instead of hot air typically found with dehu's.
