I do use an airstone in the rez. that stay on all the time and I have two in my flower side rez but it's twice the size.
My flood cycles are 30 min every 4 hours when the lights are on and one short 15min cycle in the middle of the dark. Starting right when the lights come on. I only let the water level up the 2" in the table so I still get all the air transfer while watering just the botom of the root mass. It looks like your not getting enough water visually, it throws you off a bit. But you only need to water ends. I've seen others set up were they basically submerge the pot to the rim, works like shit. Even half way up the pot henders the growth rate. With ridges in the bottom of the table I bet theoretically you wouldn't neet to flood at all as long as you could retain some water in those ridges that the roots can get at.
