It is either a nute defeciency or a nute lockout. You have to figure which based on what you have done.
In my case I assume it is a lockout, I water a lot with rainwater and it has a PH close to 8 and I do not adjust it. It is natural, so I let it fly as is. If I were concerned, I would flush with PH adjusted water until my runoff was coming out where I wanted it, then start nutes back up like normal PH'ing the water.
Yes it is something you can fix if it is not too late in flower. Once you get past week 6 or so, I do not think it is worth trying to keep the plant perfectly green, it is trying to finish and they tend to get ugly. This is all just my experience.
