there's little that greased lightning won't clean
but i use TSP (trisodiumphosphate), can be found in dishwater soap powder, spic & span or at the paint store as TSP
it's an extremely strong soap, dis-solved in hot water, and shake for a few minutes - if it doesn't get it all, repeat and add some chlorine bleach (not much)
there's even less that TSP won't clean
