P.S. = Why is all the huge negative press on MMAR and cannabis coming from BC??? This is not the US, the WHOLE nation is under federal jurisdiction @ all times!! DESCRIPTION:

Supervise and lead the lab staff in tissue culture and micro propagation as well as greenhouse staff
Responsible for the production of all crops at the greenhouse in terms of nutrition, watering and scheduling.
Dealing with plant crops, evaluate, recommend and implement improvements of production and to recommend updates to the Standard Operating Procedures.
Design soil mixtures for rooted and non-rooted crops
Ensure quality at all stages of production
Responsible for ensuring all staff members comply with Company protocols.
Prepare media and stock solution and formulate media for new and existing crops.
Ensure Quality Control for all aspects of the Lab and Greenhouse.
Participate with team for market forecasts and help coordinate the logistics of sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelors degree in Horticulture or Plant Sciences, with experience in agriculture or horticulture operations in a lab setting. Preference will be given to those who hold a Masters degree in this field.

Yes. It's all my fault. Never over numbers. Never caught doing anything illegal. All buildings have had electrical and plumbing permits pulled. All gear is CSA approved. Not one penny has been saved on construction and it's me that's the problem.

Our grows are the exact model that the MMAR and government officials expect. Not a shady 6 banger run on intermatic timers in some shady basement in Hamilton.

Funny, if you would have PM'ed me and been sincere about your illness I could and would have hooked you up with a Dr. Just like I have a dozen or so people on this site.
