Can you "Lose" a house if you get raided?

if u have no proof of income . and ur paying bills on a house.. then ya they can take it . and will deff try.. if u keep it in some1 elses name.. then cant take it unless that person knew what u were doing at the house.. but usually depends on how big it is..
