Congratulations Dank, I am really happy for you, truly! I hope everyone has learned a lesson from your experience. Recently another thread popped up about a guy who was caught in a national forest with his medical pot because he had an expired license, not because of the pot. These cases happen way too often.

case was dismissed, just provided proof of my rec and a valid id to the DA, never even saw a judge. the property return is more complicated and my bail money is gone thus far.

Sue the Court for reimbursement of Bail, on the grounds of Unlawful Arrest, Harassment...etc...I am not a Lawyer, but I believe any Lawyer would take this for no $$ down, just a percentage of the Settlement--
Congrats on the dismissal...now is the time for "Payback"...in Court-- That hurts them the most!!
