Hey guys,
I harvested my crop pretty much exactly a week ago and this is my first ever harvest. I manicured the buds completely and left them hanging upside down to dry in my drying tent. After 7 days the buds have lost 75% of their wet weight, i know this because i weighed each bud before i hung them up to dry.
I tried the snap test on one of the stems and it still folds pretty easily. At this rate it seems like it will be another couple of days before they snap completely.
My question is, because they have lost 75% of their original weight already, are they ready to be put into a curing jar to cure or should i let them dry a bit longer. They look like they would burn through pretty well because they seem pretty dry but let me know wat u guys think.
Cheers,
Penguin
PS. Here are some pictures of the buds as they are now to give an idea of how dry they are.
