Bueno, en tu país hay muchos estados con mejor o mucho mejor clima que el mío: todos los estados fronterizos con México, y Luisana, Alabama, Florida, Hawaii, etc... Por cierto, que a pocos veo en hilos de exterior como éste (mensajearan sólo en los hilos de E.U.A., supongo)... Siempre me quedo yo casi el último, empalmando con el hilo del siguiente año y los cultivadores del Hemisferio Sur...
Si te sirve de consuelo, yo también envidio las condiciones climáticas de mis compatriotas de las zonas mediterráneas, o de la zona africana...

Disculpame en mi torpeza, star crash , pues no lo sabía... Pero que no te pese haberlo eutanasido, sino todo lo contrario: seguro él te lo agradece. En mis aún no cumplidos 50 años de vida he visto morir a 10 de mis perr@s, y créeme que algunos tuvieron una muerte horrible por no poder haber sido eutanasiados a tiempo... Mi último mastín del Cáucaso, Talibán, murió entre un repentino ataqué epiléptico que afortunadamente pude ocultar a mi sobrina, que apenas podía andar y se iba apoyando en el gran Cáucaso para guardar el equilibrio...
Sin embargo, irse de este mundo tras una inyección que, mágica y repentinamente, alivia tu agónico sufrimiento y lo sustituye por un cálido placer de alivio, permitiendo que los recuerdos y estímulos agradables de tu vida fluyan por tu mente conduciendote al sueño...
Lo siento muchísimo, amigo. Espero que tu y Cookie os cuideis tanto mutuamente cómo has sabido cuidar del macho, pues que un perro nórdico alcance los 16 años no puede sino ser una clara evidencia de la calidad que a tenido su vida.

Para mí es imposible económicamente ir a tu país (y lo cierto es que si pudiera permitirme visitar América, antes iría a Hispanoamérica o a Brasil, y no a las típicas y tópicas vacaciones de complejo hotelero), aparte de tener una sobrina de 6 años a mi cargo. Pero si a ti alguna vez te apetece visitar este país, yo tengo un pequeño ático deshabitado pero nuevo y completamente amueblado en la ciudad más cercana (lo estoy pagando aún: lo he comprado pensando en que mi sobrina y yo tengamos un lugar "en la civilización"), que es pequeña pero un importante nudo de comunicaciones ferroviarias de alta velocidad que te permite llegar de la forma más rápida posible a cualquier parte de la zona peninsular europea.
Está a tu libre disposición si alguna vez vienes.
For me it is financially impossible to go to your country (and the truth is that if I could afford to visit America, I would go to Hispanic America or Brazil first, and not to the typical and cliché resort vacation), apart from having a 6 year old niece in my care. But if you ever feel like visiting this country, I have a small uninhabited but new and fully furnished penthouse in the nearest town (I am still paying for it: I bought it thinking of my niece and me having a place "in civilization"), which is small but an important high speed railway junction that allows you to get as fast as possible to any part of the peninsular European part of the nation.

El clima está loco... En mi país, en mi misma latitud (38/39 °N) pero cerca de la costa están despidiendo el año con máximas hasta de 27 °C (80'6 °F) a la sombra...
Y en la vertiente norte de mi serranía, después de una segunda mitad de Noviembre ineditamente fría acá (con días de mínimas bajo 0°C (por debajo de 32°F) , y máximas a la sombra a penas por encima de 10°C (50°F), ahora estamos llegando hasta los 22°C (71'6°F)...
