Anybody working with CBD strains??

Ive been blessed some beans of cannatonic . The person that gave them to me is pretty psyched about them because he said they are reg seeds, he said the breeders of cannatonic dont release regs anymore just fems. Is there any truth to this?

My understanding is high cbd fem pollen hitting another high cbd fem will give you high cbd progeny roughly 60% of the time. So roughly 6/10 of the fem seeds will b high cbd. The reg packs will have less seeds w high cbd than the fem packs.
