There was overwhelming evidence in Casey trial. There was human decomp in her car. She was the last person to use it. She dumped the car next to a dumpster to hide the smell. She did searches on the computer about chloroform. She did not tell anyone her child was missing until her mom confronted her where she was. She lied to about everything possible. There's a lot more.
Yeah, I know what you mean. It just seems like evidence went circumstantial when they applied it in the trial. The mother said she was the one looking up chloroform and then she said she.... whatever.
I can't gather how prosecutors didn't connect the dna in the car trunk as more solid with the jurors.
Don't mean to be a curmudgeon but I always thought Marsha Clark and co were douche bags in the OJ trial. IMO, shades of dumbass with the Anthony prosecution.
