Hi all.
Really like the idea what Ace Seeds are doing with landraces and preserving gens of this beautiful plant. Nice to see someone doing this buisnees in different manner giving us the chance to grow new stuff from around the world. From what I've heard Ace are top notch
Last year I had seven or eight plants outside in hot and very dry mediterranian island. Two Mr Nice's Mango Hz stood out well above other stuff (hope you're not Mr Nice haters here
). Unfortunatly all my crop was later destroyed by rats eating stems/bark. The same thing happened to many other growres on the island. We still haven't found solution for rats but we're working on it. Anyone here maybe?
I can't decide what to grow for next spring. Tropical sativa adopted for moderate climate sounds superb but so does Mango Haze especially after witnessing what a superior plant it is. I'd like to grow two or three strains next year, some 30 seeds, fast and slow flowering. So it's going to be either Mr Nice or Ace Seeds I think. After last years rats experience I'll be looking on my budget. I can get Vietnam Black, Panama and Nepal Jam for 100 euro. I think Mr Nice is in advantage with their auctions here. But money is not the most important factor here for sure, I'm leaning more towards ACE sativas.
Here are those two Mango Hz, both 2 meters tall. Pictures taken mid June, seeds started end April.
