How do you decide if an odd looking plant is worth growing? I would certainly dump the slow growing runts. What about those that seem to keep up but still have twisted or splotched leaves at the forth node? Should they be used to make seed?

Never ever say die: but that said if you are growing weed to smoke, you need all the plants to be uniform at best, any slackers get less light, sure help them alone, prop them up on an inverted pot, but if they don't catch up ..delete ..just like in real life, and it can be hard playing god ...and no it don't get any better as the years pass, often there are many reasons a plant will fall behind ...for the benefit of the entire group
then PUT HER DOWN...that said splotchy leaves or other is no reason...look towards its growth rate, and in bud,

....look at the buds, the structures of the bush, to decide
