4 ton dab press temp change help

Can anyone explain how to raise and lower the temp on the controller? I've searched for vids, reached out to them. The only thing I can find is the reset video to make sure the plates are the same temp I assume this is how but we know how the saying goes. I've been pressing at 200 but would like to experiment a little. Thanks and take it easy. Oh rectangle mold have different size bags, white widow 3 weeks in the jar with I believe a 63% humidity pouch. Is what I'll be using if that helps. Again thanks

Typically you press ACT button until the digit you wish to change flashes, then use the up or down arrows to change the value, then press SET button.

I'm an idiot originally when I played with it I cycled through a bunch of stuff in the menu. But just hitting the arrows changes the temp.
