so far i have checked 22 plants 6 of them i brought home to the reaper. got about 6-7 lbs total avg about a lb per plant so yea all that hard work for SHIT.. oh well next year its on. still got 8 more to check but im confident they are gone. The only ones they didnt get were on private property. NOTE TO SELF

Just saw your post ^^.

Glad you were able to get some bud out of your plants. It could've been a lot better, but it surely could've been a lot worse.

Aero are you happy with the yield and potency of the 6 remaining ?? Do you like the strains you selected along with your choice if medium and nutes ??

7 p's is better than nothing. I'm hoping that you still have more plants to pull, you deserve it. How much roughly was the initial investment to this project? Must of been a couple g's. I hope you made some profit.

Besides a couple of g's I'm sure it was a BUNCH of hours each week and expenses for supplies.

He deserves an extra large profit, because he took extra large risk to deliver a highly demanded grey market commodity. And since he is a nice ICmager he deserves an EXTREMELY EXTRA LARGE profit.

One time I bought a bunch of traps (before I became vegan)
to catch some critters that were eating my plants.

But then neighborhood dogs started roaming the patch & I abandoned the idea.

Never know who or what you'll hurt (even yourself).

Sorry they bagged your primo.

Glad you got some return for your trouble.

Even indoor grows are subject to theft; outdoor you
takes ur chances.

Maybe modify your grow next year.

The bags stick out like a sore thumb....

I imagine the tank setup does as well. Not dogging in any way, you have done something I am not able to do, & 99.9% of the population is not capable of, you're the baddest motherfucker in the room, hope you can find solstice in that.

another option is autoflower so you
get em in quicker.

edit: or they still taken app's for medi dispensary in Maine....

Yea next year I'm doing an auto seed run I have decided.I want to put out a lot of them but the seeds are so expensive. They do not yield very much but I will make up for this is numbers. The auto's are very interesting to me. They are so easy to conceal and are ready way before the pigs or rippers are lurking around

iranian auto flower from dr greenthumb, if kept under 24 hr light will not flower. and will clone. feminised, and all you have to do clone the hell out of the ten pack of seeds, veg them out under 1000 watter to 2 feet. the day you put them outside they will start flowering. 45 days from that, they are done. vegged to 2 feet you will get an easy 6 oz.
so put out 50 on may 15, 50 on june 1, 50 on june 15, 50 on july 1. last harvest comes in on aug 15th. in addition to law enforcement not getting a chance to peep them out, rippers will miss out as well. they usually dont get out to the woods till early sept.

great info red.

the smart pots need watering which means extra trips to the garden
and more trails & evidence (tools, etc)

not sure how well they'd do if you get them into a marsh-type moist area to wick up water.

Yeah, I'm planning on a seed run, and an Iranian clone run next summer. The Iranian genetics looks so promising, but I also want to run a ton of seedlings at a different patch, just in case. Especially given my harsh and cold climate. You Americans have it easy. Well, aside from LEO I guess.

Yea the only advantage that some states have over us up here in Canada is the consistent weather and of course the fact that in some states you can pull 5k a pound easily. That makes me wanna move there and set up shop. But I'd rather just stay here and not have to worry about going to jail for the rest of my life. I believe this auto flowers are gonna be all I am working with eventually. It sucks waiting around all season putting in so much work just to have your shit ripped.

I have played with autos for 2 years now and have learned a few things. Most autos are small. I mean small. They are easily stunted further by abuse. They have a taproot that does not like to be stopped. Growing in a cab sog/scrog style produces the most bud. The ideal setup is 4 or more plants /sq ft. Outdoors is a different game although in the end you have to make up the size with numbers. Ideally you would take an area and do a sog with hundreds of plants. In a sq ft by sq ft comparison you could yield the same weight as large plants as long as the canopy is filled. But you need the right auto strain to get maximum yields. The Iranian Auto is obviously a SEMI auto because a true auto flowers under 24 hour light. But the ability to clone and keep it vegging is a huge advantage to increase yields. The stealth factor and the quickness to harvest is huge. I did three rotations of outdoor autos this summer and was very pleased.
In my mind, the biggest accomplishment Aero has done here is to prove that East Coasters can do the big plant thing as well as any of the Cali crowd. Maybe not certain Sativa dominant strains, but for the most part it looks like we can get 5+lb'ers plants with ease under the right management techniques. All you guys in Maine, get ready. When you go above board and can grow plants legally in the yard, Aero will have the jump, but you all have the template to do what needs to be done.

Auto flowers lol

I think he doing it a little bit bigger then that lol

Leave the Autos for your micro grow in the closet kids.

The guy is putting out a 200 gal pots and your advice is too use auto's lol

Well obviously he wouldn't be putting the auto flowers in 200 gallon pots... It's just an idea. Hundreds of little auto's could yield just as much as 32 giant plants. I just like how early the harvest is because I know rippers around here don't come out that early and since they are so small they would be possible to grow in many locations that generally one could not grow.

the iranian auto flower is not small, if vegged to 18-24" under 24hr light indoors it will easily produce a half p. throw 4 of those in a 200 gallon smart pot and see what happens.

the iranian is not a true auto, just extremely light sensitive. and in my mind, although i love smart pots, a 6ft wide/3ft tall pot is not the most guerrila thing to do on public land.

read julians thread. in the ground is the way to go. i did 10 lbs in the ground this year. never watered them. went from 12-24 inch plants in 1/2 gal grow bags into 5-10 gallon holes late may early june. just went to the spots to sprinkle granular ferts, and apply snail/slug repellant every other week. averaged 1/4 pound, and none of my spots get no more than 6hrs of direct sunlght.

i only had 4 of the iranian clones, a friend turned me on to them late may.. but out of those 4 plants, i got 1.3 lbs, harvested in late july.v thats right, a 3000$ boost in the middle of august was nice.

and, my advice wasnt exactly aimed at the op, just a remedy for avoiding thieves and cops alike.
my non auto spot. which i yielded over 8lbs, would have been closer to 12-15lbs but got jacked on sept 25th. they got 10 3-4z plants, my biggest mother(20oz), and cut the tops off the rest of the plants.
i averaged 5-6z's per iranian, but harvested them july 25th. if i had 70 of the iranians, and did nothin else, i would have harvested more, and not gotten robbed and or lost sleep over late august helicopters.
and the op averaged 1 lb per pot, i dont think im far off. not meaning any disrespect to aero, but you dont need 200 gallons of soil to grow a pound. i have done it inside and outside repeatedly with just a 20 gallon smart pot. peace
