It is just not cheap to build them safe. And though this has been answered I will address again. The cords are the same just a different male cap. You can use the 120v end and receptacle, plug, if you wire it properly.
CAP should have been call"CRAP" in at least 2 $600 units i found faulty or missing wiring! WTF?
