Santa Cruz county has the same limits as SC city, at least that's what san and canorml state.
100 sq ft of canopy and no plant # limit. How the hell do the big growers do it with stipulations like that? Although there is no max wattage for indoor growing like there is in Humboldt.
the big growers around SC cheat> a handful got busted last month with fake doctors reccs. of numerous people claiming they were growing(caregivers?) for these people and they all lived near each other,. The people on their street following the rules(100 sq ft) were not bothered
what is the rule for max wattage in humboldt?

Its not really a big deal the 100 sq ft law, you can grw 8lbs every 3 months with a 10x10 space, plus if your the designated grower for another patient that becomes 200sq ft.
Wow, I thought that was per location. My error for not actually reading the direct ordinances myself. So for 10 people you could grow 1000 ft of canopy?
7.124.030 Medical marijuana guidelines, Section B
Cultivation. A qualified patient or a person holding a valid identification card, or the designated primary caregiver of that qualified patient or person, may cultivate cannabis in an amount not to exceed more than one hundred square feet of total garden canopy, as measured by the combined vegetative growth area.
I've got family in Santa Cruz and they tell me that the cost of rentals are brutal.
