Hey mossy,
You should checkout C99. I think it's a descendant of Jack Herrer.
FAST flowering with heavy resin production too.
Mosca and Dutchgrown have lots of C99 based genetics.
Gypsy's C99 F2 have a thumbs up from the strain's original creator.
Cheers

True! C99 is a descendant of Jack. It's a nice smoke too which myself and girlfriend like very much. I still prefer Jack over C99, but C99 is a good choice too to try to AF

imma try that when I go to outside growing!!!! great info as usual!!!!:bump:
My best camoflage tip is a large glass patio table.
Because of the height of them I can get 8 x 20 ltr pots under the table..and
viewed from above..eye in the sky..you would never know they were there.

It acts like a mini greenhouse for me too..
keeping the worst of the weather off them..

Wow, that's crazy!!!
On the other hand..
you could always try..
using old compost..
with bodies still strewn in it..
give it no water..in the middle of a heat wave..
use the pot as an ash tray..
and just let it get on with it..:yoinks:

Great info there!
Here is a guide..it is not a bible..
it is what my girls have Taught me over the time I have been playing with them.

First off..no pre-ferted compo..for the reason above.
Baby food for babies.
The Breeder should have put enough into that seed to see it through the
seedling stage.
BUT..
in the AF's we have created a Hybrid..we have altered the basic plant by removing the after sex vegging stage..so they could use an assist.
In soil based compo..I very rarely feed unless I am delayed transplanting..or I have them multi-potting and they need and assist.

In soil based compo I find that they ASK for food at around 10-14 days..but you give them a tickle.
Try them on 10% of the recommended dosage.
If they react well..increase..bit by bit..you are weaning them.
ALWAY follow it up with a day of water feeds to flush.
IMO..if they want it..they will take it...
In pre-fert..they are sitting in it..they cannot move away from it..
you are force feeding them beef steak.

Second thing..specific to AF's...
Get out of the habit of thinking..small plant..small pot..aaiieee...:wallbash:
Small plant..Humongus root system...ask any AF hydro grower.
Think of AF's as Ice-bergs.
1/3rd up above the soil..2/3rds down below.
and it is the 2/3rds below the soil that does the business.

Do everything you can to disturb those roots as little as possible.
Long season girls have a second..long..veg time.
They have catch up time..AF's dont.
The first 3 weeks of their grow time is Vital to your yield.
General rule of thumb..if your AF is a skem by the time they have sexed..
you might as well scrap them.
They don't have a second veg...no catchy up time.

Third thing..germ straight to soil.
I have been working with plants for over 40 years..
when I germ to tissue and transplant..I can See a stop on them
and I am used to handling them.
It isn't necessary.
You are making work for yourself at the Most vital time in your seedling life.
STOP IT..make things as simple as possible...you will be rewarded for it in bud.

Seed to soil = natural conditions
seed to tissue = test-tube babies

so WHY do we do it..because it makes US feel better..?
trust in Mother Nature.

Little tip..
IF you think they are asking for food in the seedling stage and you are nervous about feeding.
Dissolve a TEASPOON of sugar in a bit hot water..top it up to a pint with cold water.
Give them it at tea-time..check them the next morning.
If you see a leaf lift and they are smiling at you..
they are Asking..
start feeding as above.

I think nivara just came out with a auto jack horror/herrier...attitude had them for freebies last week..:dance013:

Almost ever it's a problem having people near the plants... There are people that don't are friend of her or that like a lot her... :spanky:

Her I bring some pics of my girls. There are some that aren't flowering yet. I don't know if they will be less fast than the others or they won't be auto...

The grow is awesome. Yet, you should move those plants your drying into a dark place. Light is bad for THC after you have hacked the plant down.
All and all this is a sweet grow.

Sorry Botanist..I should have said Wilt.
I alway let my girls wilt for 24 hours before moving them indoor for drying.

Cheers FullDuplex......:tiphat:
I'll have a look at that. I think you get a better closer cross if you know who the parents are.
Saves loads of homework too..cheers.

marziano....
Can't w8 to see the result of that Neem fert.
Me too.
I get plagued by red spider over here..Outdoor...and I have found it real hard to erradicate.
I get the caterpillars too..

uptosumpn..did you notice a few pages back that Black Magic outgrew me...?
Told you it was possible...in the right conditions.
I have no doubt that growing in pots restricts me..but you have to work with what you have.

CARCHOFA..looking Good my m8....:good:
Great colour..and hardly any insect damage...brilliant.

I agree about the Lush pheno..could be a non-af showing..
or it could be one of the cabbage headed pheno's that I got out of the DC..:chin:
Either way..it is my kinda pheno..:canabis:

I'm sure I see lots of colour on those males..be careful..or you will end up like ME..
Plauged by Purple...:look at this:

Looks like a nice lil pile of buds you have there mossy
Had my m8..Had...:biglaugh:

lol naughty dog! I had to ban the puppies from the greenhouse as they got this thing where....... if its green and growing rip it out the ground dig the roots up and then run around the garden fighting over bits of it. there worse than the rabbits

that one looks pretty obvious...but I would like to see the difference in mite damage between the 2 in about 3-4 weeks...the big heads look quite juicy...yummy mite food.

We all know that mite infestations are significantly more severe in plants with optimum N...Juicy well ferted plants grow juicy highly reproductive mite populations. :tiphat:
