If AN products are sooo good then why not drop the price and combine some of the nutes. The way they have it now is you measure out 10 different liquids to get a solution... WTF!!! I mean if it was in the price of botanicare I would at least try it. Anyways i will keep what I have going for now till they get off their high horse and come down to our reality. A lot of it is hype IMO... They make the customer thinks AN is better because it cost more... So people tend to think its got to be better than the cheaper stuff... NOT!

The Problem as i see it, isnt with AN. Its with every Nute Company made for Hydro Stores.
Stoners are used to paying lots for their Stuff thats why those Company get away with those Prices.

In some Cases, especially Additives like Root Stimulators, the Markup is insane. 1 Litre of BioBizz Root Juice is like 60$ but i could make 10 Litre by just buying a Humic Powder 2 lb for 45 $ and dump it into Water.

Some of the Products are even really good as theirs some real science involved in creating them but theres no Transparency to the Ingredients and some of the Bullshit Marketing Claims(AN and Dutchmaster are the best at this) is just an Insult to sane Poeple.

Poeple should look into Horticulture Suppliers, same stuff less Bullshit. Better quality and Price and alot more Control of what you actually feeding to your Plants.

Seems you AN guys need things spelled out for you to get it ... let me put it another way ... you can have 43 X as many harvests for the price you pay for one harvest using AN

Well using my modest needs it saves me over $3K/yr in nutes alone ... what else could you spend that saved $$ on? ... you could upgrade your lights and increase yield even further etc etc ... heck it's winter so take the lady somewhere warm for 2 weeks on the money saved

I currently use a combo of AN bases (Sensi a+b), along with bud ignitor, kushie kush, overdrive, and a home made bud candy.

Dont forget the brand new "golden shower - flower power" being developed ... you can just see the AN marketing guys brainstorming the "splashy" bottle design

How many pepper, tomato growers would pay that insane price. AN is just taking advantage of us.

Could anyone recommend some other root enhancers that are more reasonably priced? I saw Great White are there any others.

Sgt...first of all I agree, all of the hydro nute companies sell a lot of snake oil shit and all of them charge whatever their marketing allows them to get away with. Just the way business works in this world today. No use hating any of them for that.

Take a look at the concentrations on the AN 3 part vs GH though. I believe you will find you now (since the last AN formula change) would need more AN than GH so at the same price per liter you will end up spending more on AN.

Both brands work though and the 3 parters give you the best opportunity to adjust your ratios imo.

Personally I would brew my own teas before I paid the price for any store bought microbes.

That's interesting. I'm doing my first hydro run and as part of the testing I did before dropping roots in water, I mixed GH Micro and Bloom with distilled water, and AN Micro and Bloom with distilled water, both at 0-8-16 lucas ratios, and they were both within 50uS of each other.

Must be my cheap $400 conductivity meter that's off.
