The more I see the less I know. Endless quantity of things to learn about this trade. You are doing good Benny! I have never heard of VPD, now I too have another 3 hours of reading. Thanks a lot!

Hey Bro....Waaaaay back when I started growin inside , Krusty beat 70% RH throughout the whole grow start to finish into all us bucketheads by any and all means necessary to create "perfect environment" that big plants could thrive and produce in.....
Where I live and grew RH stays 80-90% yr round , so with all my airflow and bare bulbs , I kept RH in the 70`s till end of stretch , and as low below 50% till end of cycle again by any and all means necessary.....
Foggers work well in low RH environments , and where I spent mega bucks payin for dehueys and power draw , ya`ll are tryin ta get hold of what I was always tryin ta get rid of....lol....anyways....
VPD/vapor pressure deficit was never explained scientifically to me until maybe 7 yrs ago by a science geek know-it-all that had major book learnin , but couldn`t grow his way out of a paper sack and slung absolutes around like He was God that eventually got him banned from several weedsites , but I digress....
Point blank ....Knowin what to do through each season where you live geographically with indoor growin is paramount in importance as far as creating "perfect environment" 12 months a yr for optimum performance and production out yo bitches aight ?....
Environment`s waaaaay more important than slingin light at their ass , but dialed room conditions and proper watts per sq ft will make yas happy with the right hybrid for the job.......
Keep dialin Benny......You`re getting there......Sooner or later I`ll talk yas into getting rid of the "fool" tubes , and swappin over to D9`s PPK system....lol.....
Bare bulbs rule.....all else drool.........
Good luck and respect Bro....DHF.........
Well what jumped out at me is that controller you linked to does not measure co2 ppm. It will only turn on and off your co2 device per your settings and will coordinate with your exhaust fans so you don't run co2 while exhausting (unless you tell it that its ok to run at the same time)
You want to get a Sentinal CHHC-1 Total Environment Computer.
These are awesome.
Yes. I used too.
I had/have a CHHC-1, EVC-2, and PPM-1 environment controllers.
The EVC-2 and PPM-1 work hand in hand with eachother.
Since I could only run so many things off the CHHC-1, it popped the breaker sometimes, so I got the 2 controllers that work together so I didnt overload the thing anymore.
I ended up selling the CHHC-1 and just have the other two now.
I also use 2- PXM-1 power expanders. Love these things.
